Elexa is here because she was on her last day at the shelter.  I  found out she had been adopted and the owners lost her, and didn't find her at the shelter.   She has Pannus and it is pills and drops in her eyes.  She has gained weight and is very well housetrained.  She is great in a car/truck for long periods of time, but not in a crate.  She also did not like to be in the garage at night (with other dogs even). She is great in the house with us and fine outside with the other dogs while we are gone, but she does NOT like to be closed in.  We tried her in the boys' room to sleep with the door shut - that did not work either, so she came into our room.
